DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

For our deliveries, we have chosen a service that delivers orders within 24/48 hours of placing the order ( 72 hours for the South and Islands) with tracking of the shipment status.
The applicable shipping cost will be indicated upon order confirmation. Upon customer request, shipments can also be made via a designated courier. Couriers deliver during normal business hours (9am-5pm), therefore we recommend indicating a DESTINATION ADDRESS where our carrier will certainly find someone to make the delivery. Please kindly provide us with a telephone number that is always available during registration in order to facilitate the courier's delivery and avoid delays in the delivery of the goods. Upon delivery, always check the number (checked against the shipping document) and the integrity of the packages. If not, please mark the package with the words "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION OF CONTENTS" and promptly report the incident.
