Di.Pa. sport srl has implemented a computerized whistleblowing management system, which allows potential violations to be reported to the company completely anonymously or confidentially (at the discretion of the whistleblower), ensuring protection against any form of retaliation or discrimination.

Di.Pa. sport encourages you to report, in good faith, any behavior—commission or omission—at Di.Pa. sport or in your relationships with it that violates (or leads to violations) applicable regulations, its values, or its procedures, or that may cause financial or reputational damage to the company itself.

Di.Pa. sport ensures that all reports received are analyzed and objective evidence is gathered to enable the adoption of measures to correct any violations that emerge. The whistleblower will always be informed of the outcome of investigations into their reports.

The Portal is entirely provided on an infrastructure external to Di.Pa. sport, without tracking technical data relating to the network or the device used, in order to provide the broadest guarantees of confidentiality.
