The accumulation of oily sludge and carbon deposits often causes malfunctions in the manifold. Therefore we perform a thorough cleaning and a modification by removing the SWIRL flaps, which are not replaced because they are the weak point of the system and their possible breakage could cause serious damage to valves and pistons. The corresponding housings are then closed with purpose-made, ground and appropriately calibrated plugs to ensure long-lasting performance. If necessary, the flap actuator is also modified so the system does not detect anomalies. The combination of these modifications makes the manifold safer and more reliable.

WARNING: The core return must be intact, the manifold must not have any holes, cracks, or heat collapse. Otherwise, the deposit cost will not be refunded.
