WARNING: FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF INJECTORS.

The injectors related to the Bosch high-pressure pump CP4 have the peculiarity of failing due to metal filings released from the wear of the internal plunger and the shaft. These impurities, entering the fuel circuit, irreparably damage them, so before replacement, carefully follow the points listed below to carry out a correct intervention.

Thorough cleaning (e.g., with ultrasound) or better yet, replacement of the tank.

Replacement of all fuel lines and the submersible pump.

Thorough cleaning (e.g., with ultrasound) or better yet, replacement of the injector rail.

Replacement of the high-pressure pump and the diesel filter (replace it more than once during the operations).

After the replacement operations have been completed and new injectors have been installed, bleed the fuel system of any air present (operation to be performed with the diagnostic equipment) and only after ensuring that the diesel is under pressure within the system itself, start the engine. These operations must absolutely be carried out by a workshop equipped with certain technical requirements.

For any WARRANTY REQUESTS, the buyer must ABSOLUTELY attach to the warranty request a copy of the invoice to the final customer certifying the completion of the above-mentioned operations. If these operations are not highlighted by means of an invoice, the warranty request will NOT be considered.
